Payments and Credits

Payment System

Activeace operates a monthly payment system payable by all participants in the programme
Please note the monthly cost of the session will remain the same each month, the monthly cost of the sessions will not increase on a 5 week month.


Payment is due in advance on a monthly basis via standing order on the 10th of every month, your coach will set you up on our system for you to register. Please note that you are in control of the payments and can cancel through your bank at any time. Activeace is not financially regulated and use Go Cardless to process transactions.

How to obtain credits.

Customers accumulate credits when they are unable to attend sessions by contacting the office
by the below methods;

Contact must be made with the office at least 1 hour before the start of your session to obtain a
credit. (Exceptions may be made in extreme circumstances by the discretion of Activeace)

Only the above contact methods will result in a credit, texting or verbally informing a coach will NOT result in a credit being awarded.
 
Please note that customers can accumulate a maximum of 6 credits in any period.
Once 6 credits have been accumulated Activeace will contact the customer to advise them that the
maximum of 6 credits have been registered and no further credits will be issued.

How to use credits.

You may attend any other sessions of your choosing. Activeace are extremely flexible and we have had clients wanting to play more than once a week every now and again. There is no charge for this, as we know that no person will be attending 100% of the time, so therefore we promote multi sessions to help get value for money.
